How returns are generated
Revenue comes from selling produce at wholesale and contract prices. There is no interest (riba) at any stage. Progress photos and videos are published every month.
Mudarabah terms
You are the capital provider (Rabb al-Mal) and GrowVest is the manager (Mudarib) for this project only.
Actual net profit is shared at the ratio shown on this page. The projected return is an estimate, not a promise.
Profit is credited to your wallet on the schedule shown. Capital is returned at maturity.
Business loss is borne by capital pro rata. Loss from GrowVest negligence or breach is borne by GrowVest.
Monthly photos, videos and a statement are published for every project.
A signed deed of agreement is issued for investments of Tk 4,00,000 or more.
For every unit of ৳ 25,000, the projected return over 8 months is ৳ 5,500 (22%), about 2.75% per month.
