Murabaha terms

• Your funds buy specific goods for this project, which you own before resale.
• GrowVest buys the goods from you at cost plus the disclosed margin, payable on the maturity date.
• The return amount is fixed at the time of investment and cannot be changed.
• You are not a loss sharer once the sale is concluded.
• Any late payment charge goes to charity.
• Invoice is issued for every investment, and a security cheque plus deed for larger amounts.

For every unit of ৳ 30,000, the fixed Murabaha margin over 5 months is ৳ 3,300 (11%), about 2.2% per month.

• 1 unit: invest ৳ 30,000, projected profit ৳ 3,300
• 5 units: invest ৳ 150,000, projected profit ৳ 16,500
• 10 units: invest ৳ 300,000, projected profit ৳ 33,000

Murabaha margins are fixed in the sale contract and paid at maturity.
